St Peter in Chains Community Centre has a large hall, a separate entrance, large foyer and access to kitchen facilities and toilets (including disabled and baby changing facilities) and is available for community use and private hire (family celebrations, funeral breakfasts, etc).
Located directed across from the seafront, it is easily accessed by both trains and busses and has ample parking.
